  • We offer Free Standard Shipping within the UK.

  • International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays

Kadex is not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed to the courier, but we will always assist you in resolving delivery concerns.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
